About Julie Angel

In 2005 I began a journey of re-discovering a love of movement when I started researching Parkour for a PhD. It all starts with one baby step. Since then I've learnt from some of the best in the natural movement world and began teaching as a way to share what has benefitted me in my own journey. My research into different movement world continues and I am constantly exploring new ways we can reach our potential. Change takes creativity and courage.
